Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, emails, and other prospecting activities
• Build and actively manage a pipeline of prospects, moving opportunities from initial contact through quoting, follow-up and closing.
• Consistently follow up with prospects, overcome objections, ask for the sale, and convert opportunities into new customers.
• Work with the team to identify sales opportunities, generate referrals, and maximize new-business production.
• Track prospecting activity, quotes, follow-ups, applications, and sales while maintaining accountability to established monthly production goals.
• Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

• Confident asking for the sale and handling objections.
