Sales Administrative Assistant (Long Island)
Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals, fortune 500 companies, governments & relief agencies, and sport & entertainment organizations. We manage the full travel and sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is fly! Our team focuses on providing high quality customer service and making a special effort to ensure our client's chartering experience is a success! ACS New York is seeking an individual who has experience and skills in promoting value through customer service, ability to foster long-lasting client relationships and is interested in joining an exciting industry to support one of our top performing Regional Directors.
A Day In The Life
- Assisting mentor with their portfolio of clients
- Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
- Supplier relationship management
- Managing private charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report
- Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
- Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations
- Booking travel for internal staff
- To assist Accounts with expenses, invoices, checks etc.

- Proficiency Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Proven administrative experience
