General Manager – Brand-New Bodenvy Raleigh Location

Job Summary

Bodenvy is excited to be growing in Raleigh, North Carolina, and we are looking for a driven General Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to help lead and grow our brand-new location.

This is an opportunity to get involved at the ground level and play an important role in building the team, establishing the culture, growing the territory, and driving the overall success of the business.

The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, confident, and possesses strong leadership qualities. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, knows how to hold a team accountable, and is excited about helping build and grow a business.

Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, as many of our clients in the Raleigh market are Spanish-speaking.

Comprehensive training is provided, so prior experience in aesthetics is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a brand-new Bodenvy location and help establish a strong foundation for long-term growth. 
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and hold accountable a high-performing team. 
• Support both the office staff and leadership team by making sound decisions that drive the business forward. 
• Foster a positive, energetic, and performance-focused work environment where employees can thrive. 
• Ensure every client receives an above-standard experience while supporting them in reaching their body transformation goals. 
• Drive profitability by developing strategies to increase sales while diligently managing operational costs. 
• Help grow Bodenvy's presence and client base throughout the Raleigh territory. 
• Manage day-to-day challenges and consistently enforce company policies, protocols, and performance expectations. 
• Provide clear direction, resources, and accountability for each role within the location. 
• Use strong communication skills and operational judgment to navigate complex challenges as they arise. 
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.  
• Commit to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, growing organization.  

Qualifications

• Transformational Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, train, inspire, and hold accountable a high-performing team while using strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to manage different personalities and resolve conflict effectively. 
• Entrepreneurial Growth Mindset: Comfortable taking ownership of a brand-new location and helping build the team, client base, local presence, and overall Raleigh territory. 
• Strategic Vision & Adaptability: Align the team with the company's long-term vision while remaining agile enough to adjust strategies and priorities in a rapidly changing environment. 
• Sales & Performance Leadership: Understand how to drive revenue, monitor sales performance, coach team members, and create a culture focused on achieving measurable results. 
• Client-Centric Management: Create a culture of exceptional service, proactively address feedback, and ensure client needs are consistently met. 
• Influential Communication & Negotiation: Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, clients, vendors, franchise leadership, and other stakeholders while using active listening and negotiation skills to achieve positive outcomes. 
• Data-Driven Technical Leadership: Become proficient with key platforms, including Mindbody, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams, and use performance data to make informed business decisions. 
• Risk Mitigation & Delegation: Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable requirements, handle challenges calmly, and effectively delegate responsibilities so leadership can remain focused on growth. 
• Bilingual Preferred: Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred due to the number of Spanish-speaking clients we serve in the Raleigh market.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours
Normal business hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM  
Must be available to work Saturdays  
This is a client-facing leadership position, and there will be days when you are expected to stay later than normal business hours to accommodate client needs and business demands  
Flexibility in scheduling is essential, particularly during high-volume periods and as the Raleigh location continues to grow
