Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients in a high-acuity intensive care setting. Care for patients who may require ventilators, IV drips, and continuous monitoring. • Location: Ocala, FL
• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Schedule: Night Shift, rotating weekends
• Night Shift Differential: Additional $4.25/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: Available on a case-by-case basis; not guaranteed
• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care to critically ill cardiovascular patients.
• Monitor patients requiring ventilators, IV drips, and advanced critical care interventions.
• Advocate for patients and families while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
• Educate patients and families about medications and treatment instructions.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient recovery and positive outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care ICU RN experience within the last 2–3 years.
• Candidates with 2+ years of PCU RN experience may also be considered.
• Active Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license.
• Compact license holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days after relocation.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire or transfer.
