We are specifically seeking a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of managing high-volume requisitions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience recruiting for: High-Volume Sales Representatives, Drivers / Delivery Personnel, Installers / Technical Field Service Technicians.


Contract Details:

• Employment Type: open-ended contract
• Location: Rosemont, IL (hybrid work environment - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
• Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00-$35.00/hr

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates across the organization, with a heavy focus on sales, driving, and installation talent.
• Partner closely with department leads and HR to understand job requirements, align on talent needs, and provide strategic sourcing solutions.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain consistent communication, and ensure a seamless, positive onboarding process for new hires.
• Utilize candidate databases and job boards to track hiring progress and proactively build a pipeline for high-turnover/high-volume roles.
• Act as the face of the company, promoting an elite employer brand and a consumer-first culture to top-tier talent.

Recruiter Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a strong emphasis on high-volume recruiting for sales, drivers, and installers.
• Ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques to uncover passive talent for technical and field roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build quick rapport with candidates and business leaders alike.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of open requisitions while maintaining attention to detail and data integrity in the ATS.
