About Our Client Addison Group is working with a growing industrial organization looking to add a Recruiter to support increased hiring demands. This is a contract opportunity with strong potential for extension or long‑term conversion based on performance. Job Description The Recruiter will oversee full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of specialized and hard‑to‑fill positions. This role is highly focused on sourcing, pipeline development, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders. The right person will be comfortable in a fast‑paced setting, managing multiple openings while driving talent strategy forward.
