Reporting to the staffing manager, and "providing" & "support" to the staffing team, the Staffing Coordinator is primarily responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment and staffing by assisting in scheduling phone and on-site interviews, liaison between candidates and hiring managers and the staffing team, and assist in building a solid pipeline of candidates. The ideal candidate must have a passion for recruitment and be self-motivated, assertive and proactive.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned but not limitied):• Schedule phone and on-site interviews for different departments• Be the point of contact for the candidates and ensure managers are interviewing the candidates in a timely manner• Keep communication channels open and continue to follow up with candidates and hiring managers• Attract right candidates and foster the candidate experience• Assist in sourcing candidates, phone screen and present them to hiring managers• Play an active role in full cycle recruitmentsQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or communication preferred • Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment in a corporate high tech industry preferred • Experience sourcing technical roles is a huge plus• Must have excellent communication skills• Manage multiple tasks, allocate and optimize resources and manage timeline• Must be flexible, approachable, responsive and be able to engage with all levels of staffSalary Range$26/hr - $30/hrThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
