About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: PCU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience License: Valid state or compact RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation skills Experience with IV insulin protocols and insulin drips Telemetry experience Description: Candidates with only 1 year of experience may now be considered, but they will not receive automatic offers. Their profiles will need to be reviewed by the manager. Shifts are 12 hours, scheduled during the day. Every other weekend is required. The candidate must have strong cardiac monitoring skills. Experience with dysrhythmia management is essential. Candidates must have experience with IV insulin protocols. Telemetry experience is also required. Candidates should possess critical thinking skills and be comfortable managing a diverse patient population. Registered Nurses will need to demonstrate the ability to interpret cardiac rhythms effectively. The role may involve floating to different units as needed. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for the role. Reference requirements include two professional references. At least one reference should be from a leadership capacity. Candidates must have completed education from an accredited program. All qualifications must be verified prior to hiring.
