Job Description Charlotte, NC | 8 - 15 years of experience Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Primary Skill: Agile scrum master Experience: 7 + years 3 to 7 Years of Experience. Responsibilities Facilitates dependency and risk management for the Scrum teams and the ART. Facilitates team and cross-team impediment removal for the team. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration within the Agile teams and across the ART to support value delivery and Sprint commitments. Provides visibility into the Agile teams delivery plans and Release plans on the program level and to stakeholders. Ensure the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog (in collaboration with the PO). Measures team delivery, maturity, and performance and reviews the metrics with the team to identify improvement opportunities. Ability to create JIRA queries and dashboards using JQL to assist and enable the team. Enables the team to become high performing through collaboration and a relentless focus on continuous improvement. Collaborates across the ART to create program level transparency, visibility, and drive commitment. Takes on Senior Scrum Master Responsibilities to drive ART ceremonies, host PI Planning preparation and execution, supports the creation of a Program Backlog.
