Accounting Assistant
We have a current full time position available Monday - Friday from 7 or 7:30 to 4 to 4:30pm- flexible with overtime required at the end of month. Duties include but are not limited to:
We have a current full time position available Monday - Friday from 7 or 7:30 to 4 to 4:30pm- flexible with overtime required at the end of month. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Bookkeeping
- Some accounting experience ideal but not required
- Daily deposit and data entry
- Cash handling and receipt payments, including credit card payments
- Verify totals of sales deposits, counter tickets, and repair orders
- Review work orders for accuracy
- Back up cashier/phone reception
- Provide excellent customer service
Applicant MUST:
- Be familiar with Excel/Google Docs
- Be familiar with Google Drive
- Be able to handle multiple tasks
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Be an enthusiastic team player
- Be self-motivated
