You know the players, the procurement process, and how to position your team as the expert before the bid hits the street. What You'll Own Lead end-to-end pursuit strategy from market research through proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and client presentations Own client accounts and market segments, building lasting relationships with decision-makers that drive consistent revenue Create conceptual budgets and estimating packages that demonstrate technical credibility before procurement begins Partner with architects and engineers to guide design direction, positioning your team as the go-to expert Shape business unit strategy — you're not just closing deals, you're helping build the division's future This is a high-visibility role with real influence.
