Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for new clients, determining appropriate treatment plans and interventions.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a tailored approach that meets the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address complex mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create integrated treatment plans for clients.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
