PeopleSoft Pension Administration Functional/Technical Consultant-On-Site/Hybrid in NYC Area
\nResponsibilities
\nEnhancing / modifying / troubleshooting existing pension processes, implementing new processes allowing for accurate, secure and compliant pension processes, calculations and estimates.
\nImplementation & support of all customizations required to comply with pension legislation, tiers, regulatory requirements and collective bargaining agreements.
\nConfiguration of all pension rules including eligibility, participation, consolidation (hours, earnings, contributions), vesting, benefit formulas, optional forms.
\nSupporting various bolt on applications, including but not limited to the pension loans administration system
\nSkills Reqd
\nPeopleSoft HCM & PeopleSoft Pension Administration knowledge including:
\nPensions configuration expertise including pension administration module tables & calculation phase (individual & batch) including;
\nConsolidated Hours, Earnings, and Contributions
\nService Eligibility, Benefit, and Vesting Service
\nPlan Eligibility and Participation
\nVesting and Benefit Eligibility
\nBenefit Earning Limitations - 415 Limit Earnings
\nFinal Average Earnings and 401(a)(17) Limits / Kingston Cap Limits
\nOvertime Earning Caps as Per CBA's and statutory changes
\n415 Limit High 3 and 401(a)(17) Limits
\nEarly Retirement Factors
\nBenefit Formulas including death benefits
\nRetiree payroll
\nAnnual actuary valuation reporting
\nAnnual cost of living adjustments
\nPension loans administration
\nService purchase buybacks
\nTechnical skills including PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, App Engine, and COBOL
