What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging, focusing on Maternal Fetal Medicine procedures
• Verify physician orders and ensure imaging accuracy
• Explain procedures to patients and address their questions with professionalism
• Operate ultrasound equipment independently, assisting radiologists in guided procedures as needed
• Review images for diagnostic quality and complete quality control procedures
• Maintain detailed documentation within radiology information systems
• Collaborate with department staff to support efficient operations and inventory management
• Adapt communication and procedures to accommodate diverse patient populations
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and institutional policies

What You Need

• Required: ARDMS registration in Abdominal and OB-Gyn ultrasound or Cardiac Sonography, Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, Vascular Technologist Certification (within 2 years of hire), Minimum 2 years of sonography experience, with Maternal Fetal Medicine expertise preferred
• Preferred: Maternal Fetal Medicine experience
