Visit to explore opportunities.As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the direction and leadership of a product within Palco. The Product Manager at Palco is responsible for creating and execution of a product plan to help achieve our corporate goals and initiatives.You are the key owner of your product roadmap and ultimately the creator of the vision that fuels the development teams. Key responsibilities include setting the vision for your assigned product to maximize penetration within Palco's market space, prioritizing product and customer requirements to meet identified business needs, and managing internal and external relationships related to the product. The Product Manager collaborates with Palco's Director and IT Teams to ensure goals are met, and that product efforts are aligned with the Company's overall strategy and goals.SkillsCreate short-term and long-term product visions for various Palco solutionsResearch industry trends and market demandsBe able to anticipate market and industry trends and client demandsProvide innovative new products and solutions that are imaginative, that are best for our clients, and ultimately further the core Palco objectivesDemonstrate a passion for understanding customer problems and creating innovative solutionsGather and document product requirements from relevant partiesManage key initiativesSet clear product implementation direction for the implementation teamsBe responsible for product planning and execution through the product lifecycleBe able to work with your product owner and corresponding IT teams to achieve your product vision and roadmapA proven leader, able to influence at all levels of the organizationA proven ability to work collaboratively with others to influence development teams within an Agile frameworkStrong technology background and proven aptitude for staying current with latest developments in software technologiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet implementation deadlinesCommunicates clearly with internal and external users of the system, including presenting new ideas and listening to user feedbackDevelop project plans to release new features to marketStrong leadership and organizational skills to manage projects effectivelyEducation and ExperienceExperience working with Healthcare, Self-Direction Programs a plus but not necessaryBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field preferred5 or more years of experience in Product ManagementJoin UsThis position is remote/work-from-home role.
