Drive continuous improvement in HR programs, proactively making recommendations for improvements in a manner consistent with the company's mission values Ensure employee and site compliance with company policies Encourage people and culture practices that promote retention of key talent Support employee offboarding for low-risk terminations (termination letter, termination processing-HRIS, badge access removal, personal item removal) Respond to unemployment claims and fact finding interviews Required Skills And Experience Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or minimum of 5+ years of Human Resources related experience Knowledge of general HR practices Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work streams to deliver quality results Experience with HR systems to include timekeeping, payroll, benefits, etc. Strong customer service skills Strong analytic skills with excellent attention to detail Strong presentation and communication skills Experience utilizing productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and SharePoint Preferred Skills And Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Bilingual (English/Spanish) SHRM Certification Experience in Manufacturing and/or Healthcare industry Physical Requirements Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Company Overview Mom's Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide since 1999.
