Fontis Water is a locally owned bottled water, office coffee, and water filtration company serving businesses and homes throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Office Coffee & Water Systems Service Technician to join our growing service team.

This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial beverage and water treatment equipment including coffee brewers, bean-to-cup espresso systems, bottleless water coolers, ice machines, filtration systems, and reverse osmosis (RO) systems.

We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, organized, and capable of working independently in the field. Candidates with prior experience in coffee equipment service, water treatment, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, or related field service industries are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install and service commercial coffee brewers, espresso systems, ice machines, bottleless water coolers, and filtration equipment
• Install and maintain reverse osmosis (RO) and point-of-use water systems
• Perform preventative maintenance including filter changes, descaling, sanitization, calibration, and deep cleaning
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues in the field
• Perform basic plumbing and water line connections for equipment installations
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and customer notes
• Educate customers on proper equipment operation and cleaning procedures
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned company vehicle and inventory
• Respond to service calls throughout the Fontis Water service area
• Follow company safety procedures and professional standards at all customer locations

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas is highly valued:

• Commercial coffee equipment service
• Reverse osmosis or water treatment systems
• Bottleless water cooler service
• Appliance repair
• Plumbing or HVAC service
• Foodservice equipment repair
• Route-based field service operations

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service schedules
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic plumbing and low-voltage electrical knowledge preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 75 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
