Clinical Development Scientist, Manager--Inflammation and Immunology (I&I)

Clinical Development Scientist supporting the development and execution of clinical studies for small molecule and novel biological therapies in inflammation and immunology. The role involves collaborative work with cross-functional teams on study protocols, safety reviews, and investigator support, with opportunities for both independent contribution and mentored learning.

Responsibilities

Support development and execution of simple to moderately complex clinical studies
Prepare and review study documents including protocols, informed consent forms, and training materials
Collect and collate safety data for safety review meetings and ongoing monthly data reviews
Provide technical support on clinical issues to internal and external collaborators and investigators
Collaborate with study teams to maintain communication and support study completion

Requirements

PharmD or PhD in related discipline, OR MS/MA/MSN with 2+ years clinical study experience, OR BS/BA/BSN with 4+ years clinical study experience
Comprehensive knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
Understanding of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical drug development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Compensation: $106,000–$176,600 base (annual); eligible for 15% performance bonus and long-term share incentive program
