Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Exciting opportunities await for credentialed School Psychologists looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of K–12 students. Two full-time, onsite contract roles are available for the 2026–2027 academic year, supporting campus teams in a collaborative district setting. A typical caseload involves elementary schools, with one position offering additional experience at a secondary (9th–10th grade) campus. Assignments will require travel between campuses, making reliable transportation essential.
What You'll Bring:
- Valid and current Texas School Psychologist license
- Proven school-based experience, including both initial and reevaluations
- Familiarity with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Exceptional organizational skills, able to juggle multiple evaluations at once
- Confidence navigating different grade levels and adapting to evolving district needs
- Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
- Dependable transportation for inter-campus travel
- Availability for full-time, onsite commitment—no remote work permitted
Role Highlights:
- Conduct approximately 85 comprehensive evaluations per academic year
- Provide direct support for elementary and (potentially) secondary campuses
- Lead functional behavioral assessments and craft effective behavior intervention plans
- Focus exclusively on psychoeducational responsibilities (no counseling duties required)
- Serve as a vital resource for school teams, students, and families
- Collaborate closely with educational staff to foster student success
This is a contract position beginning August 3, 2026, and continuing through May 21, 2027, with a full-time, 40-hour workweek. Campus assignments will be finalized in collaboration with district priorities.
