HQS Housing Inspector - Inspections & Landlord Liaison
Care Resource
Care Resource is seeking a Housing Inspector to determine HQS in accordance with federal regulations and local codes for rental units in several programs. You will coordinate HCV inspections and perform inspections and re-inspections, ensuring timely data entry. Responsibilities include mediating landlord-tenant issues, explaining standards to landlords and tenants, and supporting HQS compliance across programs; training staff on HQS and PCHA policies.
