Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including history-taking and specific assessments to develop tailored treatment plans addressing their individual needs.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings, treatment strategies, and set collaborative goals with both patients and their families to ensure their understanding and engagement.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols that are dynamic and adaptable according to each patient's progress and health status, while continuously monitoring their response to interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, recognizing when it is necessary to modify care plans based on observed changes or complications in patient conditions.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient care activities, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, to provide a comprehensive picture of patient treatment journeys.
• Manage time effectively to meet productivity expectations while supporting departmental objectives and actively participating in marketing efforts to promote our services.
