Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial intakes and assessments that uncover patients' psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs.

• Providing brief therapy and crisis evaluations, alongside performing phone triage to appropriately guide patients toward the necessary care.
\n
• Facilitating individual and family therapy sessions, specifically aimed at addressing mild to moderate mental health conditions.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to formulate and review treatment plans that are aligned with contemporary best practices for mental health care.
\n
• Offering crisis intervention for patients in urgent need while ensuring appropriate referrals are made for those presenting with severe mental health challenges.

• Actively participating in safety programs, including involvement in emergency response efforts as assigned.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Preferred Experience\n

It is highly preferred that candidates have:

Compensation and Benefits\n
