Your role in our mission

• Check incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices etc.) and sort before distributing.
• Create or update records with new files and information
• Responsible for timely processing incoming documents.
• Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents.
• Enter paperwork into an electronic system.
• Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Must have office work experience, familiarity with scanning/faxing and some data entry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies.
• Excellent organizational skills and Great attention to detail

What you should expect in this role

• Fully On-site at Rancho Cordova, CA facility
• Hours 6:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m. Work on-site 5 days per week and maintain attendance that adheres to Gainwell policy

• The pay range for this position is $32,600.00 - $46,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
