EmpowerHome Team is looking for driven Real Estate Buyer’s Agents who are passionate about helping clients and ready to grow their production and income.
You’ll work with pre-qualified homebuyer leads , guide clients through consultations and property showings, negotiate offers, and manage transactions through closing. With proven sales systems, CRM technology, training, coaching, and team support, you'll have the tools to focus on clients and closing deals.

Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
Meet with motivated home buyers and guide them through the process
Explain mortgage options, budgeting, and market conditions
Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and closing documents
Serve as the main point of contact from consultation to closing
Coordinate and attend showings, tours, and open houses
Follow up consistently using CRM systems and proven workflows
Deliver a 5-star client experience that drives referrals
Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Active North Carolina Real Estate License (required)
1+ year of real estate or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Full-time availability and career commitment
