We are looking for a reliable Order Entry Clerk to join a detail-oriented services team in Burr Ridge, Illinois. This Long-term Contract position focuses on supporting daily order processing, production-related documentation, and coordination across internal teams to keep operations organized and on schedule. The ideal candidate brings strong accuracy, administrative confidence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Review incoming customer and purchasing orders, confirm key details, and enter information accurately into internal records.
• Update production and fulfillment timelines to reflect current priorities, order status, and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory activity, production records, and quality tracking.
• Organize files and records so that important documents are current, easy to locate, and properly controlled.
• Communicate with production and administrative teams to track progress, address inconsistencies, and support timely completion of work.
• Provide day-to-day clerical support for operational activities within a manufacturing or production setting.
• Assist with purchase order handling and related administrative tasks that support materials planning and workflow continuity.• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience in order entry, production support, administrative coordination, or a related environment.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy, including numeric entry and document handling.
• Comfortable using computers for typing, record maintenance, and routine administrative work.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to keep information organized and up to date.
• Ability to balance multiple assignments effectively in a busy work environment.
• Previous exposure to purchasing, warehouse inventory, or manufacturing documentation is preferred.
