Techno-Functional Analyst [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Techno-Functional Analyst based in the United States.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced techno-functional professional to support a large-scale enterprise system decommissioning project within a highly regulated environment. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Taleo Enterprise Edition, Taleo Connect Client, and Oracle Analytics Server to extract, validate, and migrate critical business data. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to data integrity, reporting, testing, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The position combines technical execution with functional analysis, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on a high-visibility transformation initiative. Accountabilities

• Design, execute, and validate data extraction processes from Taleo Enterprise Edition using Taleo Connect Client (TCC) to support system decommissioning initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports while fulfilling ad hoc data requests to support project stakeholders and business requirements.
• Perform end-to-end testing to verify data completeness, accuracy, and successful migration throughout the decommissioning process.
• Build and maintain data models, mappings, and reporting views to support business intelligence and data visualization solutions.
• Produce comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including integration processes, system configurations, requirements, testing results, and data flows.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle while participating in peer reviews and quality assurance activities.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and user training while supporting project documentation and migration reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of professional experience in technical, functional, or data-focused roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Taleo Connect Client (TCC) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
• Proven experience extracting data from Taleo Enterprise Edition and supporting enterprise system decommissioning or migration projects.
• Solid knowledge of data extraction methodologies, testing strategies, validation processes, data modeling, mapping, and migration best practices.
• Experience developing reports, supporting ad hoc reporting requests, and creating data structures for visualization and analytics tools.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and peer-review-ready technical deliverables.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative approach to project delivery.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to support occasional onsite activities if required.
