The Law Department is comprised of two sections, the City Attorney's Office, which handles representing the City in civil matters, and the City Prosecutor's Office, which handles the prosecution of misdemeanor crimes committed in Phoenix. The City Attorney's Office is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join the litigation team. The Legal Secretary provides highly skilled and detail-oriented legal secretarial and administrative support to senior executives, administrators, or attorneys in the Law Department. Work is performed independently with minimal supervision. Salary Hiring Range: $26.18 to $31.82 per hour. Recruitment Dates Recruitment closes June 22, 2026.
