We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Louisville, KY or New York City . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Join our Corporate Information Systems HR Applications Team as a highly skilled Workday Analyst specializing in the Recruiting and Compensation modules. You will play a crucial role in implementing new functionalities and supporting ongoing maintenance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our talent acquisition and compensation management processes.

We will count on you to:

• Configure and maintain the Workday system, specifically the Recruiting and Compensation modules, to align with organizational requirements and best practices.

• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and enhancements.

• Design and implement recruiting and compensation processes, workflows, and rules within the Workday system.

• Conduct thorough system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure accuracy and functionality.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues, guiding end-users on effective system usage.

What you need to have:

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with a focus on the Recruiting and Compensation modules.

• Strong knowledge of Workday functionality, business process framework, configuration, and best practices.

• Experience with system implementation, configuration, and support in a large-scale organization.

• Proficiency in Workday reporting and analytics, with the ability to create and customize reports and dashboards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

• Experience with other recruiting applications, such as Phenom, is desirable.

All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $66,000 to $132,000.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
