Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in individual counseling sessions via video chat with clients to enhance their mental health and well-being.

• Guide clients in discussing their emotions and life experiences to foster self-awareness and improve their relationships.

• Act as a proactive advocate for clients, helping them establish and track progress towards their personal mental health goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and devise individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of individuals who are prescreened and assessed to be stable with low acuity mental health needs. This allows our counselors to focus on effective treatment without the added stress of a high-risk caseload. You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and families, all of whom benefit from tailored mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A valid, independent mental health license such as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW issued by the state board; limited licenses are not acceptable.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions.

• Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and the size of your caseload. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
