Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques, to assist clients in reducing stress and promoting relaxation.

• Perform detailed initial assessments to identify individual client stressors, psychological challenges, and personal goals, tailoring interventions accordingly.

• Guide clients through various mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathwork techniques, fostering self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate interactive group workshops focused on mindfulness applications, stress management strategies, and building resilience among participants.

Qualifications\n
