Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality remote therapy as part of an 8-week evidence-based program designed to empower participants in their mental health journey.

• Monitor and document participant progress meticulously, ensuring that follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations are timely and effective.

• Engage proactively as a key member of the care team, assisting participants in accessing needed resources, including obtaining consent and authorization forms.
\n
• Identify and manage high-risk situations with participants, adhering strictly to safety protocols and organizational guidelines to ensure client welfare.

• Participate in regular supervisory meetings, monthly team gatherings, and comprehensive Town Halls, contributing your insights to enhance clinical practices.

• Uphold the utmost standards of confidentiality as outlined by HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance with obligatory training and policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other common mental health challenges. Our evidence-based programs focus on fostering actionable skills and building healthy, sustainable habits among participants, ensuring that you are making a genuine impact in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid clinical license is required: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A demonstrated commitment to maintaining a consistent therapeutic schedule for patients.

• Clinical experience in psychotherapy, with competencies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Employees will benefit from weekly direct deposits and are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being. Our onboarding process is streamlined, taking as little as three days to get you integrated into the team.
