Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, ensuring that each is tailored to foster trust and support the client’s therapeutic journey.

• Lead group therapy and psychoeducation sessions, focusing on skills development and community engagement to enhance client coping strategies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to coordinate care and ensure effective discharge planning.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Identify and address safety concerns, implementing appropriate intervention strategies for at-risk clients, including those dealing with suicidal ideation or severe behavioral issues.

• Complete documentation and treatment notes in a timely and compliant manner using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
