Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify each client's mental health needs, including their emotional, psychological, and social factors impacting their well-being.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass short-term and long-term therapeutic goals tailored to each client’s needs.

• Provide compassionate and client-centered counseling and therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor clients' progress through regular follow-up sessions and adjust treatment plans as necessary to address changing circumstances or challenges.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the clinic to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including referrals to psychiatrists or case managers when necessary.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies, documenting all assessment and treatment activities.

Qualifications\n
