Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable adults seeking to enhance their mental health without severe psychiatric conditions. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure by the state board in California, with active status in good standing, for independent practice as one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a sympathetic and patient-centered approach.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience working as a licensed mental health provider is required, candidates with a proven track record in telehealth practices, including familiarity with virtual counseling platforms, will have an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, contingent upon hours worked and caseload size. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
