Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for third-party delivery integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong B2C product management experience with expertise in digital marketplaces, e-commerce, or last-mile logistics. This role will focus on using data-driven insights, experimentation, partner integrations, and cross-functional collaboration to improve delivery experiences, increase fulfillment accuracy, optimize product performance, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for third-party delivery integrations, including roadmap creation, execution, testing, and optimization. Conduct deep analysis of operational, customer, and partner data to identify pain points, drive product strategy, and measure performance. Define KPIs and build performance dashboards to monitor third-party delivery experiences across key customer and business metrics, including conversion, speed, NPS, and cost per order. Collaborate with engineering and external partner teams to implement technical solutions that improve order success rates, reduce cancellations, and increase fulfillment accuracy. Identify and implement new growth levers, including expanded delivery assortment, upsell opportunities, and geo-based promotions. Improve product-to-shelf accuracy and reduce customer friction across delivery touchpoints, from ordering through handoff. Manage multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Store Operations, Legal, Finance, and Business Development to align on strategy, execution, and reporting. Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and rapidly iterate on product ideas. Continuously evaluate the competitive landscape and third-party delivery ecosystem to inform product strategy. Develop product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business value, data, and strategic objectives. Partner with technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous optimization of third-party delivery capabilities. Required Qualifications Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2C product management. Strong knowledge of digital marketplaces, e-commerce, or last-mile logistics. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable strategies. Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in digital product performance. Experience working with external technology partners and APIs. Proven leadership ability to drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of product management and Agile methodologies. Experience with customer journey mapping. Experience with third-party platform integrations, APIs, and data sharing. Experience with financial modeling and business case development. Experience with SQL and/or dashboarding tools for analytics. Experience with process optimization and experimentation, including A/B testing. Experience defining KPIs and managing metric reporting. Strong stakeholder and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Digital Delivery. Experience managing third-party delivery ecosystems and technology partnerships. Experience with digital delivery, fulfillment, or marketplace optimization. Strong understanding of customer experience optimization and delivery operations.
