Medical Lab Tech

Growing clinical laboratory seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join the team on the 3pm-11pm shift . This role is responsible for performing laboratory testing and ensuring accurate, timely results to support patient care.
Responsibilities:- Perform testing on blood, urine, and other patient samples
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of test results
- Follow lab protocols and regulatory guidelines (CLIA, etc.)
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of results
- Must be ASCP or AMT certified
- Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technician required
- Prior clinical laboratory experience required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment
