Job Description Skills Required: CPA License, QuickBooks, Returns, Corporation, S corporation, LLC, partnership, trusts, gift taxes, individual federal and state tax returns, partner type of CPA with extensive recent experience in Taxation if Public Accounting Requirements: Active CPA license. Must have 5 years of tax experience able to prepare business and individual returns. Prepare individual federal and state tax returns, covering all states. Must be experience with all types of returns, Corporation, S corporation, LLC, partnership, trusts, gift taxes, etc. Position can lead to potential partnership at the firm.
