Imagine undertaking challenging, dynamic and innovative projects and being responsible for: Effectively manage all assigned leads of targeted sellers and actively prospect for new sellers. Grow seller commitment to Selling on Mercado Libre Mexico. Analyze customer needs in regards to current business obstacles, identify opportunities and determine potential services. This involves doing a competitive price analysis of their product catalog vs Mercado Libre catalog of products. Analyze customer data and make recommendations in order to maximize the potential of the sellers converted from leads. Execute successfully on the plan recommended. Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers you speak with. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity. Prospect and close business to achieve quarterly quota targets for both the quantity and quality of sellers recruited. Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and Mercado Libre products along with the features and functionalities. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 4 years of sales experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel. Valid visa and/or permanent work authorization required.
