Maintenance Technician

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain productivity and efficiency of the production line
- Uphold quality standards for fill heights, cap torques, and appearance of
- Set up production line every morning
- Ensure machinery operates correctly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Perform tank changes and product changes
- Wash out lines and filler
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of production area
- Work in a safe and courteous manner while abiding by the Company’s safety
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work with employees to understand any problems or concerns with machinery
- Workflows change frequently, and you may need to quickly adapt to new
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED preferred.REQUIRED SKILLS
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience with machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective leadership ability
- Mechanically inclined
- Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting preferred
