JGI is looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry & Billing Assistant to join our team in Passaic, NJ. This is a supportive role starting at 10 hours per week, designed to help process routine transactions and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling repetitive data entry with high accuracy and following established workflows.If you're looking for flexible part-time work with a reliable company, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain data across internal systems and databases
- Process and review billing statements, invoices, and payment records
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or billing errors in a timely manner
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable documentation
- Organize and file digital and physical records for easy retrieval
- Communicate with internal teams to verify billing information and resolve issues
- Generate basic reports and summaries as needed by management
- Prior experience in data entry, billing, or administrative support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets functions)
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a part-time schedule
- Prior experience working with billing or ERP software (experience with systems like Sage 100, QuickBooks, or similar platforms is a strong plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
