As we continue to grow, we are seeking a high-level operational leader to help oversee daily operations, strengthen accountability, develop team members, improve systems, and support the company's next phase of growth. This role serves as the bridge between ownership strategy and day-to-day execution, helping ensure the organization continues to scale effectively while maintaining exceptional service.

The Role: General Management, Execution & Growth

We are looking for a confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, makes sound decisions under pressure, and drives execution across the organization. This role combines operational leadership, team development, and strategic growth, requiring someone who can balance day-to-day execution with long-term improvement.

You will play a key role in strengthening systems, developing leaders, improving accountability, and supporting the continued growth of the business. What You'll Lead

• Operations & Team Leadership: Leading department managers responsible for field operations, inspections, quality control, and service delivery while maintaining accountability, operational excellence, and a strong team culture.
• Scheduling & Resource Management: Overseeing staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced seasonal resort environment.
• Hiring, Training & Team Development: Building and maintaining a strong workforce through recruiting, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and employee retention initiatives.
• Business Development & Community Relationships: Supporting growth through local networking, referral partnerships, client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen market presence.
• Operational Systems & Administration: Overseeing key administrative functions including workflow management, reporting, staffing coordination, billing oversight, and client communication processes.
• Strategic Planning & Growth: Working closely with ownership to align operational priorities, improve business performance, identify growth opportunities, and support the company's long-term vision.

Relevant Experience

• 4+ years of leadership experience in operations, hospitality, property management, home services, field services, or similar fast-paced service-based industries.
• Experience leading teams, supervisors, or department managers while maintaining accountability, performance standards, and a positive team culture.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, operational logistics, and process improvement.
