Senior Scientist, Stat. Programming, Late-Stage Development (Hybrid)

Senior statistical programming scientist supporting late-stage clinical development projects within the Biostatistics and Research Decision Sciences department. Designs and executes analysis datasets, tables, and regulatory submissions while leading programming teams and collaborating across global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and execute statistical analysis and reporting programs for clinical trials and regulatory submissions
- Design and maintain datasets supporting clinical development, outcomes research, and safety evaluation across multiple stakeholder groups
- Lead and coordinate global programming teams, including outsource providers, and manage project planning with resource forecasting
- Serve as statistical programming point of contact and knowledge holder through entire product lifecycle for assigned projects
- Participate on departmental strategic initiative teams focused on programming standards and process improvement
Requirements
- BA/BS in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or related field with 5+ years SAS programming in clinical trials; OR MS with 3+ years
- Advanced SAS expertise including data steps, procedures, macros, and GRAPH; systems and database knowledge
- Experience developing analysis and reporting deliverables for clinical research projects
- Proficiency with CDISC and ADaM standards; understanding of statistical terminology and analysis plans
- Demonstrated project leadership, independent task completion, and effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of clinical data management concepts and quality assurance processes
- Ability to design complex programming algorithms and manage compliance requirements
