Location: Mandich Group HQ – Hollywood, FL (on-site, Monday through Friday)

Base Pay: hourly, nonexempt; pay based on experience

Mandich Group is a Company Built on Family Values and is actively recruiting for a Human Resources Operations Generalist.

The Human Resources Operations Generalist supports HR operations and employee programs across the Mandich Group corporate office and Cold-Link Logistics locations. The position combines HR administration, employee relations, recruiting, employee communications, and corporate office coordination.

The Generalist serves as the primary HR contact for an assigned Cold-Link Logistics location(s), supporting its employees and leadership from the Hollywood corporate office. The position also supports HR needs across other Cold-Link Logistics locations and works closely with the Sr. Director of Human Resources. This is a full-time, on-site position in Hollywood.

Essential Duties Include:

HR Operations and Administration

\n
• Coordinate HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including documentation, records, systems, reporting, and support for recurring HR programs and procedures.
\n
• Maintain HR resources and workflows, assist with performance management and other company-wide processes, and provide administrative support to the HR team and site HR managers.
\n
• Support the Training and Development Manager with various tasks including: course catalogs, training requests, and content development; serve as a backup resource for the Learning Management System.
\n

Employee Relations and Assigned Location Support

\n
• Serve as the primary HR contact for an assigned Cold-Link Logistics location(s), providing day-to-day guidance to employees and leadership on policies, attendance, performance, and workplace concerns.
\n
• Conduct workplace investigations, support disciplinary actions, and help managers address employee relations matters with appropriate documentation and consistent practices.
\n

Recruiting and Onboarding

\n
• Support recruiting for Cold-Link Logistics locations through job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers and site HR teams.
\n
• Coordinate offers, pre-employment activities, and onboarding steps to help new employees transition into the company.
\n

Employee Engagement and Communications

\n
• Develop employee communications, recognition materials, and other engaging content for corporate and site initiatives.
\n
• Coordinate employee recognition, company events, community activities, and internal communications across Mandich Group and Cold-Link Logistics.
\n

Corporate Office Coordination

\n
• Maintain office and breakroom supplies and coordinate shipping and other routine workplace needs.
\n
• Coordinate welcome materials, meeting preparation, and administrative support for corporate office activities.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
\n
• Two or more years of HR experience, including HR administration, recruiting, and practical involvement in employee relations matters such as workplace investigations and disciplinary processes.
\n
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments.
\n
• Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information and workplace concerns professionally.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees and managers across locations.
\n
• Comfort using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications; ability to learn new tools and processes.
\n
• Creative and resourceful, with the ability to develop effective employee materials and coordinate projects and events.
\n
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to identify needs, take initiative, and learn new responsibilities quickly.
\n
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
\n
• Must have an acceptable driving record according to Company guidelines.
\n

Physical Requirements:

\n
• Core working hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., on-site in Hollywood, FL.
\n
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
\n
• Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and fax machines.
\n
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
\n
• Ability and willingness to travel to various Cold-Link Logistics locations. At least once quarterly to Providence, Rhode Island.
\n
