Ground Up Construction Recruiting is partnered with a civil contractor based in Broken Bow, NE that specializes in underground utilities, earthwork, and concrete. We're leading a search to hire a Business Development Manager to help them get more opportunities for private and public jobs. This is a newly created position and will have a focus on bringing in new opportunities in Nebraska. They're faith-driven and have a leadership team that loves God and puts their people first (the founder has gifted over $30,000 in bibles). If you're looking for a more meaningful place to work, this is the company! What You Get To Do: Spearhead new business development opportunities with general contractors, developers, businesses, municipalities, etc. Lead business development efforts with current clients Identify upcoming projects and generate bid opportunities Represent the company at community and industry events Work closely with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities Who/What We're Looking For: Self‑driven with the ability to work independently Live within 1.5 hours of Broken Bow, NE Enjoys being on the road doing pop‑ins, having meetings, networking, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
