TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44125!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 12 months in Medical Surgical/Telemetry License: Permanent state license or compact license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - NIHSS certification required prior to start - One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty required Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse with experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry. The schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. All information regarding start dates, scheduling, and shift details must be accurate and confirmed at the time of submission. Requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable with no exceptions. ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety tests must be completed during orientation, with acceptable scores required. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Active certifications must be in hand at the time of submission. Travelers may only be submitted for one job at a time within the system. Candidates must complete background checks within the specified timeframe. All other compliance and competency requirements must be met prior to start.
