Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapy interventions for individuals and groups, using therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Short Therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluate client progress in order to adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop individualized treatment strategies to address the unique needs of each client, fostering a trusting therapeutic environment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards established by the state of Colorado.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses based on performance.
