- Oversee program operations, budgets, and staffing.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
- Develop policies and procedures to guide program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Approve resident documentation and create treatment plans.
- Respond to emergencies and provide crisis management support.
- Coordinate safety inspections, fire drills, and training programs.
- Prepare reports and recommend program improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or behavioral science OR 4 years of relevant experience (or a combination of both).
- QMHP or QMHA (preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
- Cleared criminal background check, and drug screening.
- Frequent standing, bending, squatting, and stair climbing.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and deescalate stressful situations.
