Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized Warranty Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be the key link between our service department, RV manufacturers, and customers, ensuring all warranty claims are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. You will translate technician notes into technical claims that meet manufacturer standards, ensuring the dealership is reimbursed for every dollar of covered work performed. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, flag, and submit warranty claims to various manufacturers and third-party service contract providers. Review repair orders to ensure proper documentation, parts listings, labor times, and technician notes meet manufacturer warranty standards.. Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure that failed parts are tagged, stored, and returned to the manufacturer as required for reimbursement. Provide updates to Service Advisors regarding claim status so they can keep customers informed on repair timelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in warranty administration or customer service is a plus. Prior warranty experience in a dealership is highly preferred. Strong computer proficiency and exceptional organizational & multitasking skills is required. Detail-oriented, service-minded, and proactive in their approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to sit for long periods.
