Work Environment\n

This position offers a hybrid work setting that accommodates both remote therapy and the option to meet clients in our outpatient office in Johnson City, Tennessee. Our clinic is designed for comfort and privacy, enhancing the therapeutic experience for both therapists and clients. You will benefit from a supportive and collegial environment, participating in regular team meetings and consultations while working independently to manage a diverse caseload.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Aventus, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' histories, challenges, and treatment goals.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trauma-Informed Care.
\n
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support through individual and family therapy sessions, monitoring progress and modifying treatment as necessary.
\n
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations, fostering a collaborative approach to care.
\n
• Ensure culturally responsive therapeutic practices that respect the diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will serve at Aventus Mind and Wellness Clinic includes individuals, couples, and families from varied backgrounds, facing a range of emotional and psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid LMFT license in the State of Tennessee.
\n
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building therapeutic alliances and collaborating with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Aventus Mind and Wellness Clinic, we offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
