Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will include but is not limited to:

• Developing personalized therapy strategies tailored to the individual needs of clients through thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups to address various mental health challenges.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy based on the specific needs of clients.

• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients from diverse backgrounds struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions. You will play a vital role in providing resources and strategies to empower clients and support their personal healing processes. The center caters to individuals and families, which often include those who might have previously lacked access to adequate mental health care.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• At least two years of clinical experience in providing counseling or therapeutic services.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and two years of experience, candidates with advanced degrees (such as a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work) or additional certifications in specialized therapy modalities (e.g., trauma-informed care) will be viewed favorably. Experience in telehealth is a plus, as it helps in providing exceptional care remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Insightful Compassionate Healing Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, flexible scheduling, and generous paid time off. A substantial sign-on bonus will also be offered, details of which will be discussed further in the interview process.
